Meet Kerry

A CEDR-accredited workplace, employment and commercial mediator.

As a mediator, employment lawyer, and the founder of Wavelength Mediation, I understand the realities of workplace and commercial disputes from multiple perspectives.

Within my 20+ years employment law career built in leading City law firms, I advised on the full spectrum of complex workplace disputes - from discrimination and harassment to senior executive exits and settlement negotiations. I bring genuine legal, commercial and practical insight to my mediation practice.

Whether I'm supporting a relationship breakdown, a complex employment dispute, or a high-value commercial disagreement, my approach is always calm, impartial, and effective.
